Randy Pauls was born and raised in Madison and is a 4th generation Craftsman and sparked his interest in the construction industry working along side of his grandfather and growing up hearing stories of generations before him building and assisting the community. Randy has established a company that has excelled beyond the highest levels of professionalism and integrity in the industry. Randy has training in building inspections, building restoration, and green building practices and before starting his own company he worked on numerous construction projects and gained experience in Project Coordination, Estimating, and Drafting and Design. Utilizing the skills and experiences he acquired both in school and in his professional career, he established Pauls Design and Construction in 1987. Since then, the company has continued to grow and evolve into one of the most experienced general contracting companies in the Dane county area and has been Nominated for multiple madison historic society awards including receiving 2005 Madison historic achievement award. As a general contractor, Randy Pauls and Pauls Design & Construction, LLC. offer their clients a partner who will facilitate the entire construction process including pre-construction concerns, development of construction budgets and production schedules, management of subcontractors and government entities and the finalization of all projects on the most time and cost-effective schedule as possible.
Randy has decades of experience in residential new and remodel, restoration, restaurant and bar build outs, agriculture restoration and new builds, commercial build outs, new steel and wood commercial buildings, health club franchises, special facilities construction and Custom kitchen and bath design and build.
