Rosaria was born in Sicily and came to the United States at the age of 11. She is fluent in four languages; English, Italian, Sicilian and Spanish. Needless to say — coming from Italy, she loves to cook! Learning about different cultures and languages is a great passion.
After a long successful career in the banking and financial industry, Rosaria decided to join her husband Randy in his growing construction and design company as Vice President of Business Development. Her well established relationships in the Madison and Middleton communities made this the perfect fit!

Rosaria and Randy Pauls have a daughter Brandy who is currently serving in the United States Air force. Rosaria is involved in numerous charities and serves as Board of Director for the city of Middleton.
